Maui Tourist Highlights


In the 1900’s Mark Twain declared Hawaii to be the loveliest fleet of islands that lies anchored in any ocean. Without a doubt he is correct, Hawaii is the volcanic and oceanic paradise of the seven seas.

Hawaii is located in the Pacific Ocean and is apart of the United States of America, don’t be confused though, Hawaii is nothing like the mainland of America. From fiery volcano of Mauna Loa to the sparkling oceanic waters of the Pacific, Hawaii even with the mass tourism is still an untouched beauty of the world.

Hawaii’s main tourist season is during the winter season (December to February) although the temperature is still pleasant and you won’t feel cold at all. If you like to ride on your board you will find that winter has the best waves while if you want to consider wind surfing summer will be the best time.

If you want to get action with the locals, traveling when major events like the Hula, Pro Bowls and Rodeo’s. Perhaps you prefer a quieter holiday then you should take some of the many trails and some long walks on the beach just dreaming about the endless paradise in front of you. There are many Humpback whales that drift off the coast of Lahania. Be amazed with countless waterfalls in Hairpin turns. It is an endless journey.


Hawaii consists of six islands, the biggest and the most time you will be spending in is Maui. Maui has a wide range of activities that you and your friends or family are bound to love.

  • Snorkel in Kapalua beach and meet some of the most exotic sea creatures you will ever meet.
  • Take a visit to Waianapanapa and watch black sandy beaches with spectacular underground pools.
  • Go on an unforeseen whale watching tour off the coast.
  • Shop for some traditional Hawaiian clothes and souvenirs.
  • Take a walk through old and historic Lahainia town and gasp your breath at United State’s largest Banyan tree.

Traveling on Maui is simple. Shuttle, tour bus, taxi will be your main choices to move around, though if you want to maximize your enjoyment, it is recommended that renting car should be done.

Check Out Kauai: You Can’t Miss These Sights!


So if you have never been to Hawaii or done any research on this beautiful state, you do not know that there are different islands of Hawaii. Five actually, Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, Lanai and finally the Big Hawaii Island, so when you are first in the planning stages of your trip, you may want to decide on which island you want to visit. First and foremost though, we will explore Kauai and what sights are there are you simply can not miss!

Now, each and every island has its own distinct charm and unique personality, the personality behind Kauai is the fact that it is carpeted in greenery, flowers and all sorts of different fresh island fruit. So if you are looking for a relaxing time outdoors, the Kauai Island may be the best one for you!

There are still a few sights that you should see if you are taking a trip there. Firstly, you should definitely take off to the Fern Grotto and see all of the Hawaiian musician that reside under there. You can have some great times, see some great performances and listen to a whole lot of fabulous music. The Waimea Canyon is the next place that you should see, it is dubbed the ‘Grand Canyon of the Pacific’, and so it is definitely a sight that should not be missed! Next, don’t forget to see the Kilauea Lighthouse, it is absolutely breathtaking and a sight that you will remember forever.
